    Our breakfast includes :

    and will be served in the breakfast room or, weather permitting, in the garden.

  • Payment :

    Payment upon arrival or by bank transfer.

    Sorry, we don’t accept any bank- or credit cards.

  • Directions :

    • By car: Highway A1, exit S 113
    • By train: From various directions, station Diemen Centre, walking distance to our bed & breakfast 5 minutes.
    • By subway: direction Gaasperplas, stop Diemen Zuid, walking distance to our bed & breakfast 10 minutes
    • By tram: Line 19, From Station Sloterdijk direction Diemen, stop Diemerbrug, a 2 minute walk to our bed & breakfast.
    • By bus : Bus from Amsterdam Arena, bus 44, stop Beukenhorst, a 2 minute walk to our bed & breakfast.
    • Taxi from Schiphol airport, limo service, only by reservation.

Opening hours :

Check-in after 4.00 p.m. – 09.00 p.m.
If possible sooner/later, after consultation.
Check-out by 11.00 a.m.

Cleaning of the room daily during your stay, but the room has to be available before 11.00 noon. The room shall not be cleaned if you are staying in the room until 11.00 noon.

Cancellation :

It can always happen that you have to cancel your trip to our Bed & Breakfast, unfortunately we are forced to charge you the following cancellation charges :

Cancellation one day before arrival : 75 % of the price
Cancellation on the arrival day : 100 % of the price

We will offer you a discount on your next stay with us.

Smoking :

Our bed & breakfast is a non-smoking facility. In the garden you are allowed to smoke tobacco.

Pets :

No pets

Area information :

The city centre of Amsterdam is close by and is very easy to reach by public transportation. Several shops within walking distance. Stop name tram nr. 19 Diemerbrug.

Even by bicycle it only takes you about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam.
You can rent bikes in Amsterdam and Diemen.

If you are a real bike fan? Diemen is a great starting place for several short- and long tours.

Feel free to ask us for information on sight seeing, shopping, theater, etc., or any other areas of interest.

We can provide all tourist information, as well as bus, subway, train and tram schedules.

We speak English, German and a little bit of French.
